How It Works
Molkosan is produced from herds grazing high up in the lush Swiss alps. Special bacterial cultures are added to the whey, producing a lactofermentation which changes the natural lactose (milk sugar) to lactic acid. This particular form of lactic acid (L (+) - lactic acid) is a natural antiseptic and inhibits the spreading of pathogenic germs on the skin, the mucous membranes and throughout the whole digestive tract. Taking a tablespoon of Molkosan in a glass of fruit juice before meals stimulates the secretion of digestive enzymes throughout the whole digestive tract, thus avoiding fermentation or rotting of food residues and the resulting gases.
