The chromium picolinate used in this product is yeast-free—the perfect supplement for people with yeast sensitivities.
One small study suggests that chromium picolinate may reduce the risk of insulin resistance and may therefore reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. The FDA concludes, however, that the existence of such a relationship between chromium picolinate and either insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes is highly uncertain.
SUGGESTED USAGE
For adults only. As a dietary supplement, take one (1) one tablet a day with food. Do not take this supplement within one hour of taking medications. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Women who are pregnant or lactating and anyone taking medications should consult a health care professional before using any nutritional product. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. Diabetics/Hypoglycemics: Use only under the supervision of a health care professional because this product may affect your blood glucose levels.
