SUGGESTED USAGE
Directions for internal consumption:

• Regular Strength Extract: Take 5-20 drops in 4 oz. of water two or three times a day or as needed.
• Triple Potency Extract: Take 3-7 drops in in 4 oz. of water two or three times a day or as needed.

Directions for external use:  
Apply directly using the dropper or cotton swab for acne, warts, cuts, scrapes and earache.  
 
Directions for Oral Hygiene:

• Regular Strength Extract: 12-20 drops in 4 oz. of water as a mouthwash for gum disease & general oral health. Gargle for sore throat.
