SUGGESTED USAGE
[1] When ready to use, tear open pack
[2] Insert heat pack into wrap
[3] Attach to desired area of discomfort and adjust the strap to a comfortable fit. (Don't overly tighten, it might affect your circulation)
[4] Insert one heating pack into each of the two pockets on the wrap
Each pair will last up to 6 hours. Do not exceed8 hours of usage within any 24hr period. Do not insert more than one heat pack per pocket. Dispose of the heat pack immediately after use. Keep the wrap and use the other sets of the heat pack inserts provided.
