SUGGESTED USAGE
Hot Tea 
Bring fresh water to boil in a kettle. Add one tea spoon per person & extra one for the pot. As soon as water comes to a boil, pour water into the tea pot. Allow the tea to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar to taste. 
 
Iced Tea 
Brew the tea half strength & sweeten when at room temperature. Keep in a refrigerator to cool, serve in glasses with ice.
