SUGGESTED USAGE 1. In a saucepan, melt 4 tbsp. butter on low heat. 2. Whisk in 1 cup milk, then add packet contents. 3. Bring to a boil, while constantly whisking. Boil until desired thickness is reached. Try SO Bernaise sauce served over beef tenderloin, freshly steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
