SUGGESTED USAGE To sprout, use 1/3 cup seeds per quart jar or Easy Sprout Sprouter. Soak in water 5-10 hours, then drain. Rinse seeds 3 to 5 times a day until ready to use (about 4 days).
Maximum sprouting (90-95%) will occur within 6 months to 1 year of purchase. Seeds will remain viable indefinatly, but sprouting percentage will deminish.
