2.How long do I have to take it before I feel the results?
You should start feeling the results the first time you take Pre-Workout Intensity from our Mind-Muscle Blend. You may feel increased focus, mental clarity and alertness prior to your workout. Remember, for optimal results, take Pre-Workout Intensity 30-45 minutes prior to your workout to optimize your time in the “zone”.

3.What is the standard dose of Pre-Workout Intensity?
The standard dose is anywhere from 4-8 capsules per serving (up to 2 servings per day). The amount of capsules you consume per serving will vary upon the level of the intensity of your workout and your individual needs.

You may take LeanFire and Intensity together, but caffeine sensitive individual should cut back the recommended serving size of each product to their individual needs. There is approximately 20mg of caffeine per each Intensity capsule and 100mg of caffeine per each LeanFire capsule.

6.Do I take the product every day, or only on days that I workout?
You can do both. If you feel that you need the extra mental edge or energy on a non-workout day you can do so. It is best to take this product 30-45 minutes before your workout or business meeting for maximum effects.
