I am a person who gets really sick with a cold...I have copd, and usually a cold turns into very bad upper respiratory illness for me, which means many courses of antibiotics, and often having to be hospitalized. I learned of this product from the Oprah show. I started to get a cold, took these tablets, and just like all the other people said...poof! My cold symptoms disappeared!!
