SUGGESTED USAGE Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For increased fiber levels use up to 24 capsules per day (6 capsules, 4 times daily). Do not exceed 24 capsules/day. Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously. Take this product with at least 12 oz of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Children under the age of 12 consult a health care professional before using.
