Red Wisdom Rooibos Tea is a red tea indigenous to South Africa. Research has found Rooibos provides numerous health benefits including relief from insomnia, stomach cramps and constipation, as well as allergic symptoms such as hay fever and asthma. Rooibos is a caffeine-free tea recommended for individuals suffering from nervous tension, mild depression or hypertension. Rooibos is also rich in flavonoids that are powerful antioxidants with more antioxidant activity than vitamin C. SUGGESTED USAGE
Directions: 
Use one tea bag per cup of boiling water. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Rooibos tea will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks without cloudiness or loss of flavor.
